Transportation and storage

Installation and use instructions
1. The installation location of the sushi cabinet must meet the following conditions. If any of them do not meet the requirements, please reselect the location.
a. The air is fresh, unobstructed, and pollution-free, and there must be a space of no less than 20cm around the sushi cabinet.
b. It cannot be installed in places with heat sources (heating furnaces, ovens, ovens, etc.) such as kitchens.
c. It cannot be installed in open-air venues exposed to the sun and rain.
2. After choosing the installation location of the sushi cabinet, the following devices should be installed at the installation location: Power supply: It must meet the rated power supply of each model, and must be equipped with a fuse and leakage protector and a ground wire that meets safety regulations, and there must be a reliable grounding connection.
3. The sushi cabinet must be installed on a horizontal platform, and it cannot be tilted or suspended. The top of the cabinet must not be protected by heavy objects to avoid damaging the glass and the top of the cabinet.
4. After the sushi cabinet is installed, it should be run for at least 30 minutes before the food can be put in one after another for the first use, and the food cannot be put in too much. There should be a certain distance between the foods to facilitate uniform cooling.
5. When the sushi cabinet is running, the number of door openings should be minimized, and the door should be closed quickly after taking items. If too much food is put in, the more door openings, the greater the amount and the slower the cooling speed.
6. If there is a sudden power outage or power outage during the operation of the sushi cabinet, you should wait at least 5 minutes before working again.
7. When the machine is working, the refrigerant will make a slight sound when flowing in the refrigeration pipeline. This is a normal phenomenon.
8. When the sushi cabinet is working. If the ambient temperature is high, condensation is likely to form on the outer surface of the glass. This is normal and can be wiped clean with a soft dry cloth.
